Level: Beginner This hip-hugging pencil skirt sits at the belly button and has an elastic reinforced waistband. The pattern comes in sizes 2-16. Uses Sportweight yarn (shown in Lion Brand Wool-Ease Sportweight in Mushroom and Strawberry Twist). Also required are a 5.00mm (US-H) hook, approx. 1 yd 1/4" elastic, sewing thread and needle.
